Digital Marketing Services for Onlydiva

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Onlydiva by VirtuMedia LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Onlydiva by VirtuMedia LLC provides OnlyFans management services, including but not limited to content strategy, account growth, audience engagement, and revenue optimization. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between you and our company.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any passwords or access credentials
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with OnlyFans' Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable. You agree to provide and maintain accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.

You retain all rights to your content. By engaging our services, you grant us a limited license to access, manage, and optimize your OnlyFans account in accordance with our agreement. We retain all rights to our proprietary methodologies, processes, and know-how used in providing our services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLYDIVA BY VIRTUMEDIA LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onlydiva by VirtuMedia LLC and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
